Extra Virgin Olive Oil

For those who appreciate the finest olive oils, azouro’s PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Trás-os-Montes (500ml glass bottle) is an essential pantry staple. This award-winning oil is produced in the Douro Valley in Northern Portugal using a carefully selected blend of Verdeal, Madural, and Cobrançosa olives.

  • Boasts a fresh green fruity aroma and a golden-green hue.

  • Notes of almonds, a medium peppery bite, and a harmonious finish.

  • Awarded 2 Stars at the Great Taste Awards 2024

The award-winning and eye-catching bottle design was developed with careful consideration for its placement on shop shelves as well as in the cook’s kitchen. It creates unique merchandising opportunities by producing a continuous pattern effect when displayed in multiples. The design is characterised by a contemporary flowing pattern and a distinctive colour palette.

This design serves as a modern nod to Portuguese mosaic tiles, for which Portugal is renowned, both in traditional and contemporary forms.

The dark glass bottle was selected to protect the oil from harmful sunlight while also being a sustainable choice.
