Our Managing Director, Mash Chiles, leads the team, bringing 15 years of experience in the UK’s speciality food sector. Having worked with both UK and international brands, Mash has built strong connections with the country’s leading speciality distributors.
Mash began his foodie career by founding The Bath Pig, a brand that successfully supplied independent retailers nationwide. Under his leadership, the brand secured listings with four major retailers before he eventually sold the company.
Following this, Mash took on the role of Sales Director at The Bay Tree Food Co., where he led a successful field sales team, developed a robust Food Service offering, and expanded export sales across the EU.
In 2019, Mash joined Gourmet Partners, where he continues to offer valuable consultancy services to speciality food brands. His extensive experience and industry network are instrumental in driving growth and success for our clients.
